Initial consultation involves an intake assessing the needs, concerns, and goals of a team.   Based on this assessment, a mental skills plan is devised to best serve your needs.



To ensure enhanced performances are achieved, ongoing mental performance consulting is customized to fit the need of your team. Ideally, consulting services may include in training, and competition observations.   The cost associated with team consulting does vary according to duration of consultation services, team size, travel, and any additional material required.



Workshops are interactive designed to enhance performance and deliver high impact. Workshops involve activities and a discussion, providing and active learning format, whereby athletes and teams learn various effective mental skills they can implement in their training.   Workshops can be customized to you’re your teams need. They can vary in length from one hour to a series of various workshops delivered over a period of days.
